Arria.Live Product Warranty

Arria Live Media, Inc. is committed to producing high quality digital audio products.

Arria.Live cable products include a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty is valid with proof of purchase. Our warranty entitles the original owner to repair or replacement of the original cable product, or replacement with a comparable product of similar value, at our discretion. This warranty is limited to Arria.Live products only, and excludes loss of personal property, accidental damage, misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear.

To make a warranty claim, please contact us at CustomerService@arria.live. Include information that identifies your product, shows how and when it was purchased, and describes the problem you are having.
