Arria.Live branded products may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the date they are received, provided that they are returned in the original packaging and are in sellable condition.  To inquire about a return, please email us at support@arria.live.

Product Warranty

Arria Live Media, Inc. is committed to producing high quality digital audio products.

Cable Products

Arria.Live cable products include a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty is valid with proof of purchase. Our warranty entitles the original owner to repair or replacement of the original cable product, or replacement with a comparable product of similar value, at our discretion.  This warranty is limited to Arria.Live products only, and excludes loss of personal property, accidental damage, misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear.

Currently we are not collecting any sensitive financial information.  Should future business needs arise where this becomes necessary (for example to sell product directly from our own web site)  your information will be protected both online and offline.
Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the Web page.
While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
